Ruti has been teaching conversational Hebrew since graduating from the University of Ben Gurion in Israel. She then taught Hebrew at the most prestigious Ulpan (a special school that teach new immigrants Hebrew) in Ramat-Aviv, where she acquired workable methods of teaching conversational Hebrew.
She then developed a fun method of tutoring spoken language. She calls it Hebrew Calisthenics (gymnastic exercises to achieve bodily fitness and grace of movement). She teaches vocabulary in a fun way by touching, walking, jumping, looking--the way babies learn how to talk.
She uses dolls and other artifacts to create a new Israeli world for the student.
